Technology conglomerate Star 8 Corporation has completed its long-awaited acquisition of national technology integrator, Hyper 30 Data. Although the terms of the deal have not been disclosed, the companies have confirmed entering into a Binding Letter of Intent bounding their agreement together with each other.
Star 8 Corporation is a multifaceted company which boasts a wide range of solution-centered services in the technology industry. Notably, the provision of e-commerce and strategic technological consultancy to enable businesses to achieve efficient growth and to produce desired results. Specializing in wireless solutions, fiber optics OPS/ISP and network equipment, Hyper 30 Data’s industry leading technological integration services are expected to complement Star 8’s service portfolio and further expand their customer base.
By shifting some of Star 8’s business operations towards assisting smaller-to-medium sized businesses with IT and the provision of security monitoring tools, Star 8 will enlarge their customer base substantially and be able to gain the necessary scale to become a more dominant player in the industry. Additionally, Hyper 30 Data’s network equipment is utilized worldwide by several fortune 500 companies as well as being installed within numerous hospitals and schools.
